Ton a hu' tu: An Arapaho word meaning "big meadows". Adopted in 1915 as the name for a creek that flows through Big Meadows in Rocky Mountain National Park and cascades into Grand Lake, the largest natural lake in Colorado and headwaters of the Colorado River.
